2025 Stanislaus County Homeless Point In Time Count

the City of Modesto - City Hall for the 2025 Stanislaus County Homeless Point-in-Time Count on January 30th. Volunteers will receive training and spend a few hours distributing care packages to those experiencing homelessness and conducting surveys.


Our goal is to provide an accurate “snapshot” of what homelessness looks like in Stanislaus County on a given day, and the information gathered will be used to better serve this vulnerable community.

Families struggle with food insecurity, seniors experience isolation, and young people seek guidance and opportunities for a brighter future. Shockingly, over half of Stanislaus County's population struggles to make ends meet, with 74% of those being working families. The recent hardships have only intensified these needs, making our mission more critical than ever.

We are thrilled to announce that we are working towards securing grant funding for a new headquarters in Stanislaus County. This facility will serve as a hub for our programs, allowing us to expand our services and reach more individuals who need assistance.
